LH Sociedade is an independent single-member law firm organized under the Brazilian legal form of Sociedade Unipessoal de Advocacia, registered with the Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ 35.994.720/0001-02. Our office is located at Avenida Rafael Vitta, 1220, room 08, in the São Domingos district of Americana, São Paulo state.

The firm was founded in November 2019 to offer business and estate advisory to the type of client we know well: small and mid-sized family-owned enterprises in the interior of São Paulo. Each matter is handled personally by the firm's principal, without delegation to junior lawyers or a referral network.

The trade name LH Sociedade reflects the firm's structure - a single-member professional company organized around the principal's practice - and the domain lhsociedade.online is owned and operated exclusively by the firm identified above, with no franchise, joint venture, or licensed partner involved.

The trade name and the domain lhsociedade.online are owned and operated exclusively by the firm. There is no franchise arrangement, no third-party licensing, no joint venture, and no referral network associated with the trade name or the domain. The domain WHOIS record uses a standard privacy service, and the underlying registration is held by the firm.

The domain was registered in September 2026 as the firm's dedicated web presence under the LH Sociedade trade name. All content, communications, and any advertising published under this domain are the sole responsibility of the firm identified above.
